Guadalajara day 1

We finally met the lovely Nestor & Jules after 7 years apart. We celebrated with some divine food - Chicharron ("best ever" Iber),  Nopales cactus and cheese cooked Molcajete style.




And then we were introduced to the rituals of Mescal by the professional Nestorini!
Always served with a few slices of Orange.....
Topped with WORMSALT!!!!!! Sal de gusano, yummmmm.....
